Alright so I have finally realized that if I continue to update and stay updated with those of you from this site that I will actually be able to shed off some of the pounds. I am super excited to try this again!
So today, I weigh 112 lbs and I am intending on dropping by 3lbs AT LEAST by the end of this week. This really shouldn't be to hard at all. I really hope I can stick through it though this week will be very stressful, I will try and work through it.
Monday- Shouldn't eat anything more than a small salad with a coke zero around four.
Tuesday-
Wednesday- Visiting my brother today, shouldn't eat until right before... a snack from the vending machine.
Thursday- Driving Test hopefully. Are able to eat before the test.
Friday-I am going to the Dr's today. Shouldn't eat anything until after the Dr's and can be fast food.
Saturday-
Sunday-
HOPEFULLY if I can, I will drop all beverage's aside from water and that will be easier for me to curve my appetites.
